5. How the Contract is formed between you and Queenines London

5.1 The technical steps involved in contract finalisation between you and Queenines London include:

5.1.2 After order placement, you shall receive an email from our end. This is to acknowledge that your order has been received. You agree that this does not mean that the order you have placed is accepted.

5.2 We, Queenines London, do not process orders until full payment for the order has been received.

5.3 If by any chance, you make a mistake or want to change your order, you can make changes to your order but only before it is processed. You agree that you cannot change your order once the order has been processed.

5.4 If your order is dispatched, you can return it to us but in accordance with our ‘RETURN POLICY’.
